CAUSATIVE VERBS

Ask someone to do something for him/her.

Jadi subjek tidak bertanggung jawab langsung terhadap aksi yang terjadi, melainkan orang lain yang melakukan aksi tersebut.

Causative verbs divided into       :

1.     Have

Berfungsi untuk mengiginkan seseorang untuk mengerjakan sesuatu untuk subjek.

Active :
Example        :

1)     My mother have me buy a half sugar

2)     Nabila have her sister reading a story

3)     My grandmother have my mother watering a flowers

4)     My mother have me wash the clothes

Passive :
Example        :

1)     I have the Pussy fed

2)     My sister had a pant tailored a month ago

3)     I have the speaker loaded

2.     Get

S + Get/Got + O(people) + To(infinitive) + O(thing)

Active :
Example        :

1)     He got his father to buy a ball

2)     I get you to like this explanation

Passive :
Example        :

Active :
Example        :

1)     The manager makes her staff work hard

Passive :
